Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure visits, registrations, generations, checkouts and completed purchases, and to improve FreshApp Demo. Analytics runs on public pages when available.

Google may receive pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, page paths, referral and campaign information, device information, and business events such as generation status, product identifiers, transaction references, amounts and currency. Purchase events come from confirmed server records and are deduplicated by order. We do not send your email, name, prompts, uploaded content, private file links, passwords or card details as analytics event data. We do not enable advertising personalization.

Analytics cookies last up to 180 days; our session-link cookie lasts 30 minutes. We keep server-side delivery context for up to 30 days; minimal delivery status remains to prevent duplicates. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google may process data outside your country under its Privacy Policy and information for users of partner sites.

We use Google signals for aggregated demographic and interest reporting. For eligible users signed in to Google who have enabled Ads Personalization and consented to the association, Google may associate activity on this site with Google account information. We receive aggregate reports, not individual Google account profiles. You can manage and delete this associated data in Google My Activity.

How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To deliver, operate, and improve our AI generation services
  • To provide account support and technical assistance
  • To communicate service updates or important notices
  • To process payments through our payment provider, Creem, which acts as merchant of record

  • AI model providers, which receive your prompts, uploaded files, generation settings and related metadata only as needed to produce your results
  • Hosting, content delivery and file storage provided by Cloudflare
  • Website analytics provided by Google (see Google Analytics 4 above)

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices, including the Creem Privacy Notice and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

FreshApp Demo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data collection, it will be deleted immediately.

International Data Transfers

As we operate globally, your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. We ensure all transfers comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection standards.
